Who We Are

The Canadian Task Force on Preventive Health Care (CTFPHC) in partnership with the Knowledge Translation (KT) Program (KTP) at St. Michael’s Hospital (SMH) developed a 2-year pilot project (2017-2019)  focused on the creation and evaluation of a network of Clinical Prevention Leaders (CPLs) from across Canada.

About the Project

The purpose of the pilot project was to build capacity among primary care practitioners (PCPs) in evidence-based medicine and knowledge translation and support the dissemination and implementation of Task Force guidelines and tools in primary care practice.

The Task Force has decided to launch a modified version of the CPL Network, with new and exclusive content in 2021. For more information on the CPL Network initiative, please visit us at: https://canadiantaskforce.ca/get-involved/clinical-prevention-leaders-network/
